What we collect
- Quote requests: the service, area, property details, preferred dates, your name and phone number. The form opens WhatsApp with these details; nothing is stored on this website unless you send the message.
- WhatsApp and phone: the messages and number you use to contact us.
- Job applications: name, email, phone, work permit status and anything you tell us about yourself, sent to us through our form provider (Web3Forms).
- Website analytics: if enabled, cookie-free, aggregated visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a quote, schedule and deliver the service, invoice you, and assess job applications. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers we use to operate: WhatsApp (Meta), our form provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and, where needed, our accountant. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings: up to 12 months. Customer and invoicing records: as long as Maltese tax law requires. Job applications: up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by contacting us. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC) in Malta.
