Good to know before you book
Who provides the cleaning products and equipment?
We can work both ways. We offer a complete cleaning kit for an additional €25 that includes all professional-grade products and equipment. Alternatively, you can provide your own products if you prefer specific brands or have allergies.
How do I book your services?
Send us a quote request on this site or message us on WhatsApp at +356 9902 7897. We'll discuss your needs and schedule and confirm a price. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, a 50% service fee may apply. We understand emergencies happen, so we'll work with you case by case.
What areas do you serve in Malta?
We serve all major areas in Malta including Valletta, Sliema, St. Julian's, Msida, Gżira and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm your location — we're always expanding our coverage.
